The Resistance 2/19/2013

Attention all Men!

On February 19, 2013, at 5pm, "The Resistance” returns.  Last month marked the debut of this new podcast program produced by the "Argument of the Month”!

On February 19, 2013, at Friar Tucks (1500 Lake St S) in Forest Lake MN, "The Resistance" returns with special guest Fr. John Paul Erickson the Director of the Archdiocesan Office of Worship.  Father will join us to talk about "Mass Frustration" -The does and don'ts of the New Mass."  Since Vatican II Catholics have seen huge changes in the Mass which have left most confused and very frustrated. And now this past year there were more changes.  Time to get some answers and ask all those questions about the Mass that have frustrated you for so long!  We will talk about what the New Mass should look like, what are the does and don'ts of the Mass.  Why are there so many things in the New Mass that were never laid out by Vatican II (For example turning the altar around so the priest faces the people).  Is liturgical dance permissible and besides being permissible who was the person that thought it was a good idea?  Who is the genus?  We will discuss the current traditional trend of the Pope towards the Mass and the Church and how Catholics seem to be reacting to it.  We will discuss this and more! Come and join "The Resistance!"

Special guests interviewed by our host the President of the AOTM Kent Wuchterl
