Arthur HipplerArthur Hippler

Dr. Arthur Hippler is the former Director of the Office of Justice and Peace for the Diocese of La Cross.  He is the author of Citizens of the Heavenly City and has written for the newspaper The Wanderer.  Dr. Hippler received his P.H.D. in philosophy from Boston College and currently teaches at Providence Academy, in Plymouth, MN.
